Daniel kickflip Teixeira is an artist from Portugal. Started tattooing in 2007 with a background on fine arts and graffiti he began with a dark neotradicional style that have evolved, along the years ,to a blackwork engraving/hatching style.
His tattoo subjects are focus on a esoteric, surrealist and sometimes pop culture themes. Distorted faces and optical illusions , most of the times, accompanied with a message or some strong words.
His style can be easily identified with his clean lines , easy reading and strong visual message.
You can find him in Portugal at his private studio named golden heart tattoo club alongside with his good friend and colleague Joao Vieira. A calm and creative environment on the heart of this northern medieval city called Guimarães.
